Corn bread squares topped with sliced franks and beans in a zesty barbecue sauce.
- Cook bell pepper and onion in hot oil in large saucepan over medium heat 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add beans, franks and barbecue sauce; mix well. Simmer 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Cut corn bread into six pieces. Place one piece on each serving plate. Top evenly with the bean mixture. Sprinkle with French fried onions just before serving.
