Ingredients

  • 8 ounces thinly sliced Eckrich Deli® Roast Beef
  • 8 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices pumpernickel rye bread

Preparation

A classic sandwich combination that makes a great lunch or light dinner.

  1. Spread bread slices with mustard-mayonnaise blend.
  2. Top one slice of bread with 2 ounces beef, 2 slices of cheese, 1/4 of the tomato and lettuce and second slice of bread. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cut each sandwich in half.
