Fried Bologna Sandwich

  • 2 slices deli-sliced Eckrich® Bologna
  • 1 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Original Margarine - stick
  • 2 teaspoons Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 slice American cheese


Bologna is fried in margarine, topped with cheese and served on white bread spread with mustard.

  1. Cut a slit from middle to edge on each bologna slice so it does not puff up.
  2. Melt Fleischmann's in medium skillet over medium heat. Add bologna slices; cook until browned on each side. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each slice of bread. Top one of bread slices with bologna and cheese. Cover with second bread slice, mustard side down. Serve immediately.
