Ingredients

MEAT
  • 1 package each Eckrich® Sausage Links: Hot Smoked, Bacon & Cheddar Smoked,Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked, Original Smoked
  • 8 ounces Eckrich® deli ham, sliced thick
  • 8 ounces Eckrich® deli turkey, sliced thick
  • 4 ounces Eckrich® hard salami, sliced thick
PRODUCE
  • 1 large red onion cut into 1/4”-rounds
  • 1 pound snacking peppers
  • 1 ripe pineapple, cut into wedges
  • 1 pound multi-colored cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • Assorted pickle varieties
DAIRY
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2”-cubes
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
PANTRY
  • Dijon mustard
  • Sauerkraut
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Hot sauce

Preparation

  1. PREHEAT grill to 400°F and coat grates with oil.
  2. GRILL sausages, onions, peppers, pineapple wedges, tomatoes and potatoes untilcharred, using vegetable grill pan if necessary.
  3. ARRANGE sauces in small bowls or ramekins on serving board. Slice some grilledsausage links and leave some whole and arrange around sauces on board. Fill in around sausages with grilled vegetables, deli meats, cheeses and pickles. Serve with toothpicks for snacking.
