Ham and Provolone Muffuletta

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces thinly sliced Eckrich Deli® Ham
  • 1 (8 to 9-inch) round sourdough or Italian loaf, unsliced
  • 1/4 cup pimento and olive spread
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 8 think slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Italian Giardiniera (pickled vegetables), drained, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Hearty sandwich stacked with ham and marinated vegetables.

  1. Cut bread horizontally in half. Spread bread halves with pimento spread.
  2. Layer lettuce, ham, cheese, and vegetables on bottom half of bread. Cover with top of bread loaf; press down to secure.
  3. Cut into wedges.
