Ingredients

  • MEAT
  • 2 package Eckrich Smoked Sausage, sliced
 
  • PRODUCE
  • 1 16oz bag frozen onions, diced
  • 1 32oz bag frozen potatoes, cubed
  • 1 16oz bag frozen peas
  • 1 16oz frozen carrots, diced
 
  • FRIDGE
  • 2 bottles stout beer
 
  •  PANTRY
  • 1 can tomato paste, 6 oz.
  • 6 cups beef stock or broth
  • 3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. IN LARGE CROCK POT, STIR TOGETHER: Vegetables and sausage. Stir in tomato paste.
  2. ADD: Everything else.
  3. COOK: For 3-4 hours on high setting. or 5-6 hours on low setting.
  4. INVITE: Everyone you know over because that’s one large pot of stew you just made.
