Peanut Butter and Turkey Sandwich

  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced Eckrich Deli® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 apple (Gala or Red Delicious), sliced


Wheat bread, spread with peanut butter and honey, is topped with turkey, raisins and apple.

  1. Spread each of 4 bread slices with 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Drizzle honey evenly over peanut butter. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon raisins. Top each with apple, turkey and second slice of bread.
  2. Cut diagonally in half. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
