Potato, Broccoli & Smoked Sausage Skillet

  • 1 regular size package Eckrich® Smoked Sausage (12oz-14oz)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 package (12 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 package (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper


For a filling meal after a long day, this Potato, Broccoli and Smoked Sausage Skillet is sure to hit the spot.

  1. Cut sausage into ½-inch slices.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and sausage to skillet and stir until cooked through.
  3. Add broccoli to skillet and simmer on low heat.
  4. In a separate saucepan, stir whipping cream over medium heat for two minutes. Reduce heat to low and whisk in shredded cheese until cheese is fully melted.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
