Roasted Corn Relish for Smoked Sausage

  • 1 regular size package Eckrich® Smoked Sausage
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt


Smoked sausage served with a relish of roasted corn, red bell pepper, onion and Italian dressing.

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn; cook and stir 3 minutes, or until corn is lightly browned. Remove from skillet; place in medium bowl. Add onions, bell pepper, dressing and garlic salt; mix well.
  2. Heat sausage according to package directions.
  3. Serve sausages topped with the corn mixture.
