  • 1 ½ lb Eckrich Hard Salami, thinly sliced
 
  • PRODUCE
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Green lettuce leaves
  • ½ large red onion, thinly sliced
 
  • DAIRY
  • 1 tub whipped cream cheese with chives
 
  • PANTRY
  • 8 slices soft deli sourdough bread

Preparation

  1. TOAST: Slices of bread
  2. SPREAD: Whipped cream cheese on the bread.
  3. TOP: Sandwich Bread with lettuce, tomato, salami and red onion.
  4. BRING IT ALL TOGETHER: With the remaining slice of bread.
  5. CUT: The sandwich diagonally. Because a sandwich this thick needs to be eaten in two rounds.
