Ingredients

  • 1 regular size package Eckrich® Smoked Sausage (12oz-14oz)
  • 1 lb pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 jar (14 ounces) prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella or pizza blend cheese
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preparation

Perfect any day or night of the week, this delicious homemade pizza is a great way to bring your family together.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil pizza pan or medium baking sheet.
  2. Slice sausage into ¼-inch pieces.
  3. Slice peppers into thin strips.
  4. Unroll dough, and press into the prepared pizza pan or baking sheet, stretching to fit the pan. Spread pizza sauce on crust.
  5. Top pizza with cheese, sausage, and peppers.
  6. Bake until crust turns golden-brown and cheese is lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
  7. Slice as desired and serve.
