A hearty breakfast skillet made with eggs, Smoked Sausage, potatoes and veggies that will bring the whole family together.
- Cut sausage into ½-inch slices.
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, green bell pepper, yellow onion and sausage to skillet and stir until cooked through.
- Scramble eggs in a bowl and add to the skillet and place the skillet in a 350 degree oven until the eggs are cooked and slightly browned on top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
