Stovetop Smoked Sausage and Noodles

  • 1 regular size package Eckrich® Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 6 ounces dry medium egg noodles (about 4 cups), uncooked
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper


Smoked sausage, creamed corn, sour cream and egg noodles are combined for an easy stovetop supper.

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Cook and stir sausage, celery and onion in large saucepan over medium heat minutes, or until onion are crisp-tender.
  3. Drain noodles. Add to sausage mixture along with the corn, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
